Safety Update


We want you to know that all of us at Capri Southampton hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.  Like you, we are carefully tracking new developments regarding best practices and evolving our operations to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and the community at large as we welcome you back.  With guidance from the WHO, the CDC, and local, county, and state offices, we have taken the following protective measures:

  • Mobile check-in/check-out with your smartphone or at our automated kiosks to minimize person-to-person contact

  • Remote concierge service via SMS for any guest requests

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout the property for guests and staff

  • Expanded use of outdoor spaces and redesigned common spaces to accommodate social distancing

  • Contactless in-room dining and grab-and-go options

  • Frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas

  • Thorough sanitizing of guest rooms and linens using EPA-approved disinfectants between check-outs and check-ins

  • Use of masks by housekeepers and hotel staff who interact with guests

  • Recurrent staff training on augmented safety practices and hygiene protocols 

  • Self parking

  • Flexible cancellation policy (please inquire)
